The What and Why of the Podcast:
● This podcast is an exploration into the anatomical and physiological mechanisms and nuances behind different approaches in the fitness and therapy industries. We want to bridge the gap and open conversations between different schools of thought and practices within the rehabilitative and physical performance sector. This is all in hopes to discover and educate ourselves and our listeners on the commonalities and differences within each approach.● We felt dissatisfied with the answer we kept running into; "it depends," without further context limiting our pursuit to understand rehabilitative and performance sciences. We want to take that answer a step further and discover the complexities of creating change in the human body to better communicate “why it depends”.
What you can expect from the Podcast: ● Zack and Stefan will be tackling a host of topics within the performance, rehabilitation and therapy industries.● The podcast will also have guest speakers from different practices including Chiropractors, Manual Osteopathic Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers etc, to discuss their approaches to assessment and making change within the body.
